SunCam Refund Policy

Continuing Education prepaid Tests, which are not expired and have not been submitted for scoring and certification may be returned for a full refund. Customer must pay the return postage/shipping. The original invoice must accompany all returns.

Continuing Education Online Test Passwords and Usernames, which have not been used and are not expired, may be returned for a full refund. The original invoice must accompany all returns.

Videotapes and DVDs may only be returned if damaged or defective. Damaged or defective videotapes and DVDs will be replaced but not refunded. Customer must pay the return postage/shipping. The original invoice must accompany all returns.
