SunCam Refund Policy

Continuing education passwords and usernames, which have not been used and are not expired, may be returned for a full refund. The purchase price of any discontinued course will be refunded if a refund request accompanied by a paid receipt is made within one year of the date the course was discontinued. Some courses have expiration dates that were fixed by a licensing board. These expiration dates are posted on the individual course web pages. Those courses are NOT refundable after the posted expiration. The original invoice must accompany all requests for refund.

DVDs are not eligible for refund. Damaged or defective DVDs for active, unexpired courses, will be replaced but not refunded. Customer pays the return postage/shipping. The original invoice must accompany all returns. DVDs for expired courses are not eligible for return or refund.

All Continuing Education videotapes, prepaid paper tests and archived videos have been discontinued and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
