SunCam Refund Policy

All continuing education usernames and passwords expire one year after the date of purchase or on the date that the course approval expires, which ever comes first. Continuing education passwords and usernames, which have not been used and are not expired, may be returned for a full refund. The original invoice must accompany all requests for refund.

DVDs are not eligible for refund. Damaged or defective DVDs for active, unexpired courses, will be replaced but not refunded. Customer pays the return postage/shipping. The original invoice must accompany all returns. DVDs for expired courses are not eligible for return or refund.

All Continuing Education videotapes, prepaid paper tests and archived videos have been discontinued and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
