SunCam: Online Continuing Education Classes

SunCam Refund Policy Revised 31 December 2016

Continuing education courses which have not been completed and are not expired, may be returned for a full refund within one year of the date of purchase. Returns made within 90-days of purchase will be credited back to the original credit card. Returns made after 90-days will be paid in the form of a prepaid training voucher (like a gift certificate) which may be used to make purchases in our store. The refund vouchers expire one year after the date of the original purchase.

We do not offer exchanges.

Some courses have expiration dates that were fixed by a licensing board. These expiration dates are posted on the individual course web pages. Those courses are NOT refundable after the posted expiration. DVDs and videotapes are not eligible for refund.

With the exception of refund vouchers, all SunCam Prepaid Training Vouchers expire two years after the purchase date.

We only offer refunds to the original purchaser and the original invoice must accompany all requests for refund. We calculate the value of refunds as the difference between the original invoice and the invoice total had the returned product(s) not been included in that purchase. Any discount tables that applied at the time of purchase will be applied in the same way as it was used in the original purchase.
